AEY Young Men’s Retreat

Date: August 30th - Sep 2nd, 2024.

Speaker: Pastor Tyrell Haag from Pineland Baptist Church.

Description: The goal of this event is to bring together young Christian men ages ~18 (at least out of high school) to 39 for a weekend of fellowship and spiritual growth.

Ladies' Retreat

Enjoy a weekend away. No meals to make or children to care for. Come, relax and enjoy the fellowship of other women of faith as we study God's Word together.

Who is Debbie?

Debbie Doyle is one of the founding members of the Heart to Heart team. She has a Master of Arts in biblical counselling and is a certified biblical counsellor, domestic abuse advocate, post abortion trauma specialist and Christian conciliator, Debbie serves as Team Leader and Executive Director of the Ministry. Debbie has been married to Brian for forty years; they are parents to five children and grandparents to five little ones.

The men's retreat at Bonnechere Baptist Camp gives men the chance to disconnect from the pressures and responsibilities of life and develop closer relationships with other men and with God.

Who is Adam?

Adam has been pastoring in various capacities at the Met since 2018 and currently serves as the pastor of young adults and director for its Internship Training Program. He is a native of Chicago, IL in the western suburb of Wheaton. He studied Economics at Wheaton College for his undergraduate degree and holds a Master of Divinity from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. Adam also serves as the Director of Ministry for The Timothy Trust and writes for The Gospel Coalition Canada. He enjoys basketball, golf, and Mexican food. He and his wife, Lindsay, have three young children.
